Blue Valor is led by owner Valerie Woodruff Noel who has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit development, grant writing, fundraising, creative services and event planning. With an English degree from the University of Delaware, she has turned her love of writing and wordsmithing, creative and graphic design skills and passion for helping people share their stories into Blue Valor.
